All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Velora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays

Velora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at velora.clients@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Velora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us for assistance.
